I grew up and still live in Northern New Jersey. I was born and raised Catholic, coming from an Italian-American home. I was educated in both a Catholic High School and College but never really gave my faith any real thought. I guess you can say I was not practicing the faith in my everyday life. After making some bad choices, heartache, and searching for truth, I realized the fullness of the Catholic faith has it all! As a result of my discovery, I've never looked back. Today I work on Wall Street. I'm a Lay Associate with the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal, who are based in the Bronx and serve the material poor. I also am a full time volunteer with the Missionaries of Charity in New York City, the order Mother Teresa founded, working every Saturday at a home which serves as a hospice for men with AIDS. I have also traveled alone, as well as organized mission trips to Kolkata, India to serve the poorest of the poor. If you are interested, give me a shout!
