WASHINGTON, D.C. (YBH.ME) – Today White House adviser David Axelrod was on MSNBC with Press Secretary Robert Gobbs. The duo were being interviewed by The Daily Rundown anchors Chuck Todd and Savannah Guthrie.

During the segment, Ms. Guthrie asked if Mr. Brown’s Senate win was a “total rejection” of President Obama’s health care efforts.  After some hemming and hawing deciding who would answer the question, Mr. Axelrod answered. During his answer Mr. Axelrod said, “[Mr. Brown] supported health care reform similar to the one the President was, uh uh and is, committed to.”

Mr. Axelrod then went on to say that the election wasn’t about “this one [health care] issue.”

The exchange begins at 1:50:

Freudian slip or misspeak?  We will soon find out based on Mr. Obama’s next move.

    Demo's should now
1, Pass a single bill that would allow the importation of drugs from outside USA.
    2. Pass a single bill that would make it unlawfull to discriminate over "pre-existing condition" or raise the price of health care policies over 5% in a single or 10% over two years

Then sit back and wait for the voters to digest these changes before the next election.
