NEW YORK (YBH.ME) – Fox News has spoken with an attorney for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and has reported that Mr. Mohammed has indicated that any civilian trial will be used as a platform for Mr. Mohammed to advocate his radical positions.

Earlier, when faced with a military trial, KSM had wanted to plead guilty as long as he was to receive the death penalty. When his attorney couldn’t guarantee “martyrdom” (so to speak) by execution, Mr. Mohammed put his guilty plea on hold.
No official word has come from Mr. Mohammed’s attorneys at this point about the trials or potential defense strategies. The Fox News report, carried on its cable network, did not note the name of the civilian attorney they spoke with.
