WASHINGTON/FRANKFURT (Reuters) – U.S. lawmakers are crafting a bill aimed at stopping the European Central Bank from handling business from the Iranian government, a congressional aide said on Thursday, an attempt to stop Tehran from using euros to develop its nuclear program.
