It cost us a fortune for any type of help and yet a dog gets all this attention. California's has to raise taxes and registration charges and for what to have a helicopter rescue a dog that could swim, get a clue people. Dog's lived in the wild they are smart enough to swim if they have too stop pampering them. This totally discuss me. What a waist of taxpayers money. A helicopter get real.
