This is no exaggeration. He hesitated for several seconds clearly trying to remember what state Kerry was from (um, the state where you are?), then stated "Massachusetts, yeah, we all know where we are!" It is simply incredible. One could not craft this any better/worse depending on your perspective. You cannot make this up.
