CLEVELAND (YBH.ME) – On Friday Bruce Springsteen took a move out of Spinal Tap’s playbook and had his very own “Hello, Cleveland!” moment.

Hello Cleveland!

Hello Cleveland!

Springsteen took to the stage Friday night and greeted the crowd yelling “Hello, Ohio!” several times before someone let him know he was actually in Michigan.  Bruce and band played the Auburn Hills Palace in Michigan Friday night.

Springsteen fans are among the most loyal in music history and quickly forgave the “Boss’” faux pas.  No word if Mr. Springsteen did a cover version “Hell Hole” or “Tonight I’m Gonna Rock You Tonight” as a homage to Spinal Tap.
