LOS ANGELES (YBH.ME) – The music business is lost. In the post Napster era many good bands have been overlooked. Among the best of the “lost bands” of this decade are a Los Angeles based group called The Spectacles.

Actually, I’m watching The Spectacles at a small L.A. bar named Molly Malone’s as I write this article on my iPhone. The band puts on an annual Christmas show. I never miss it. They play 5 or 6 original Christmas tunes and then launch into a few of their classics as well as a couple of thier new numbers.
The band centers around lead singer and master songwriter Brent Crowe backed by Travis Fields on bass and Chris Anderson on guitar. Check them out on iTunes, they are something special and not to be missed.
