Expected EPA Ruling Could Change American Business

WASHINGTON, D.C. (YBH.ME) – An expected finding by the EPA to be released next week would label greenhouse emissions a “danger to human health and welfare,” which will open the door to the EPA regulating virtually all of American business.

CO2 emissions to give EPA broad powers.

Democrats are playing for keeps on the climate issue, and many moderates may find themselves in a bind politically.  President Obama has moved his trip to Copenhagen to the final weekend, the time when most pundits say a deal, if one is to be had, will be negotiated.   Release of the EPA finding will add pressure for the President to make a deal in Copenhagen.

Over the past few weeks, leaked emails from East Anglia University have put the science behind global warming in doubt.  Most major news services and the Obama administration itself have ignored the “Climategate” scandal and are pushing the global warming line as settled science more than ever ahead of the Copenhagen summit.

The EPA ruling, if put into effect, will have widespread consequences for American business and make the EPA one of the most powerful arms of government with the power to regulate CO2.  Everything from cattle to the coal industry emit CO2.

Conservatives have made issue of claims that the EPA, and the Obama administration, have suppressed a report by Dr. Alan Carlin.  Mr. Carlin is an EPA veteran who wrote a report critical of the EPA’s endangerment findings in regard to CO2.

The EPA finding was completed on April 17, 2009 and has been under review, not to mention the focus of much political jockeying, since that date.

We now know that the science is a scam, the researchers are fraudulent. We know that the politicians support the fraud and have given billions of dollars to the fraudulent researchers. We know that the mainstream media, being fundamentally ignorant, supports the corrupt politicians and propagates the fraud. QED! The only reason people are going to Copenhagen is for free sex with the prostitutes. Just ask any journalist or Obama!

Damn you are such a right wing hack, a few emails and 99 percent of global warming science is now obsolete. That's great how you can take one incident among a few scientists and warp it to accomodate your right wing ideology.

What is that coming out of that smokestack? Since it is white, it probably is just steam, not a pollutant of any kind.
If you don't know what steam is, look it up in the dictionary. The public is ignorant of what real science is, including our Senators and Congressmen. Manmade global warming is a theory, not a fact. If anyone can prove it, there is a 1/2 million dollar prize. Check it out on the internet. Why doesn't someone from the EPA claim the 1/2 mil.?
Our government is going to legistrate the the weather. What a joke. Talk about living in the land of make believe.
